PEEK

The Ketron PEEK family of materials is based on polyetheretherketone resin. This semi-crystaline advanced material exhibits a unique combination of high mechanical properties, temperature resistance and excellent chemical resistance making it the most popular advanced plastics material.

Fluoropolymers

Fluoroplastics, or fluoropolymers, are plastic materials containing the element fluourine, and are characterised by a high resitance to solvents, acods and bases.
The most popular of the Fluoroplastics is PTFE (Teflon) which is one of the most thermally stable plastic materials. There are no appreciable decompositions at 260°C, so that PTFE, at this temperature, still possesses most part of its properties.

PAI

The Torlon PAI grades, combining excellent retention of mechanical strength, stiffness and creep resistance over a wide temperature range with extremely low thermal expansion up to 250°C, are top-rank materials for high temperature applications.
